When a customer opens an account with me, I see it as a starting point from which you build an Internet presence and I learn about your additional requirements. One of the keys to building a total web solution for my customers is often the quality of my technical and marketing support.
My customers vary greatly in their technical and marketing experience and I provide free advice and assistance wherever they are on the Internet learning curve. If a customer´s queries require more individual assistance they can either e-mail or telephone me.
